Use of the site

By using bae.ph you agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.

Orders & pricing

Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and include 12% VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a listed item is found to be misdescribed or out of stock — and will refund any payment in full when we do.

Authentication guarantee

Every bag we sell is hand-authenticated. If a piece you receive is ever proven to be inauthentic, we'll provide a full refund and cover return shipping. This guarantee applies to the original buyer and is non-transferable.

Intellectual property

The Bae name, wordmark, photography, copy, and site design are property of Bae. Brand names of houses we resell (Hermès, Bottega Veneta, etc.) belong to their respective owners; their use here is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Liability

Bae is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Metro Manila.
