The window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Bags must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging and any included authenticity cards. We'll inspect the return on arrival and process the refund within 3 business days.

Final sale

Made-to-order pieces from our Origin line are final sale — we make each one specifically for the buyer. Sale items and items marked “Final sale” on the product page are also non-returnable.

How to return

Email hello@bae.phwith your order number and reason. We'll send a return shipping label and instructions. PH returns are free; international returns are at the buyer's expense.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receipt. Card refunds may take an additional 5-10 days to reflect depending on your bank.

If something arrives wrong

Damage in transit, mismatched item, or anything that doesn't look right — message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right immediately, no questions.
