Bae is a luxury handbag house based in Manila. We curate and authenticate a small selection of icons from Hermès, Bottega Veneta, Chanel, Loewe, Loro Piana and a handful of other quietly serious houses — and we finish each piece in the Philippines before it ships.

Every bag we sell is verified by hand. We hold back what we can't verify, and we sell only what would feel right next to a piece we'd carry ourselves.

Why Manila

Manila has a long, under-recognised tradition of leather craftsmanship — Marikina is the most famous of these districts and still home to artisans who learned the trade from their parents. Bae works directly with that community for finishing, refurbishment, and the small in-house pieces in our Origin line.

What we mean by quiet luxury

Less logo. More leather. A bag that gets better with the years instead of looking dated by the second season. We choose silhouettes built to be carried for two decades, not two months.
