Yes. Every Bae bag is hand-authenticated by our team before listing — weave, hardware, stitching, lining, and brand stamps are all checked against the maker's known specs. We turn away anything we can't verify.

Where do you ship?

Free shipping nationwide within the Philippines. We also ship internationally to Australia, Canada, the UK, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and the US. International shipping rates appear at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Metro Manila: 1-3 business days. Provincial PH: 3-7 business days. International: 7-14 business days, depending on customs.

Can I return or exchange a bag?

How do you store and ship the bags?

Each bag ships in its original dust bag (when available) inside a protective box. We store inventory in a climate-controlled space to preserve leather quality.
