What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and ship it: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone, and payment details. Payment information is handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

When you browse, we collect anonymous analytics (page views, traffic source, device type) via Vercel Analytics, Plausible, and PostHog. We do not sell or share this data.

What we use it for

Order fulfilment, customer support, transactional email, and improving the site. If you opt in to our newsletter, we'll also send a small number of editorial and product updates each season — easy to unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies (cart session, login state) and analytics cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to the site.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to update it, or delete your account at any time by emailing hello@bae.ph.
