Philippines

Free standard shipping nationwide. Metro Manila orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. Provincial orders take 3-7 business days depending on courier coverage.

Same-day Metro Manila delivery is available for an additional fee on orders placed before 11am Manila time — contact us before checkout if you need it.

International

We ship to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and the United States. Rates and estimated delivery times appear at checkout based on destination.

Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by destination. Where possible, we mark shipments with the actual commercial value to comply with customs regulations in the destination country.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking the moment your bag is dispatched. If tracking doesn't update for more than 48 hours, email us and we'll chase it.
